I upgraded to ios7 and the swtor app stopped working on both my ipad and iphone. I was going to say keep checking the app store until they have an ios7 update for the app but I think deleting the app and re-installing works. I just did this and it started working. I removed the key yesterday so I could get access and because of that I had to sign up for a new key. I think if your key still works then you can just put in the 7 digit code and it should work.

I found this thread on the SWTOR Forums that discusses this. When you reinstall the app you need the 7 digit code which you can find in the Security Key section of My Account:

Thanks for contacting us.
We are aware of the crashing issues with upgraded devices, but most people found that reinstalling the app fixed the issue.
If you haven’t already it maybe worth rebooting your phone and trying again.

I had the same problem. After deleting and re-installing the SWTOR SK app it request a 7 digit serial number. Where do I find this? I did not see this in the packaging of the physical copy I had purchased.

Welcome back 🙂 – I think its a good idea Ingrid, I hope to have a meeting to discuss a few things and more than STO. In addition when you get some free time please repost some of your views on the topic that were lost during the server issue.

Also I have some interesting threads about STO fleet leaderships. One is a thread on STO forums and the other an article written for massively. These illustrate the danger with multiple people in the top rank and why I will not be elevating anyone else to that rank. Now that rank is lost after 180 days of inactivity that then elevates the second rank up eliminated the missing leader issue. This overall is the most secure way in my opinion to safeguard the fleets.

It is finally nice to be relaxing after two month of intense uni studies. I hope you are all well.

I think it would be good to have a meeting with the GAC and other officers from IDIC to discuss our fleet and the future of it and also to catch up with on another. It has been a little while since I have seen you all online and it would be good to catch up together if possible.
