Hi Everyone,
In order for all of our members to have full access to information and upcoming events on all the games that we play, especially our new members, could we ensure that we invite them to our guild alliance website. This is our main area for all of our communications on the games and we want everyone to be apart of it.
If you are recruiting new members into any game, please inform them that they need to join our forums in order to understand how we operate as an alliance and in an individual guild. If new members do not join the forums they will miss out on what is happening and will not benefit from what we truly offer. This could also affect an individual from being promoted within that guild.
Another request is if a new member joins these forums, could you please inform them to email Plasma or Ingrid with their user name straight away. We receive 100’s of spam through the registration process and if we do not know the new members name they will not be activated within 24 hours. This makes the administration process easier and more efficient.
I would like to lighten Plasma’s load with assisting in this process and If we could please all work together and make this work, this would be much appreciative.
