a) The basic free fleet uniform is available from the tailor. Please apply the fleet patch. This uniform is intended for Yeoman-Officer Second Class.
-You can also use the open jacket version if you have bought that. The inner-shirt is to be colored [F24]
-You can also add the Jupiter Belt if you have it, colored [24][H1][H20][A1]b) Officer First-Class Uniform

2. Fleet PVP Competition
To all the pvp competitors, there is a problem with my match-ups for the fleet PVP Tournament. Im afraid I’ll have to limit this to RA Upper and VA Ranks only.
I assumed that you could PvP with a lower rank and match levels, however after trying several ways to do this it seems like it cannot be done.
As a result I will be re-woring the match-ups and will post them on the IDIC site asap.

1. Updates
The Fleet Mail has been a bit lacking of late, there are a few things going on at the moment in r/l and within the fleet that needed to be worked out.
The fleet report that was sent out the other week has not received any feedback so I don’t really know what thoughts you have had on this other than the few people that have spoken to me directly. If you get a chance please go over to the new forums and give me your opinion. I would love for the fleet to start up discussions over there.

5. Fleet PvP Championships
Fleet PvP will be re-commencing next weekend and a mail will go out with the details early next week, I will try and bring this comp to a close asap as some people will be going on holidays in late Nov, Early Dec – Ready Phasers.

Because CatStar has left the fleet I have given his position in the tournament to LawMarshall who was his original opponent in the first round.

Hi All,
1. Season 5 Update
As most are aware the season 5 update has hit Hollodeck and there have been several changes. Many of the senior staff were involved in the tribble testing and if anyone has a question please contact us.
2. Fleet PvP Tournament
The tournament has been a bit hard to resolve of late. I recognise that there are things going on with many of the finalists and they have other things on their minds which I completely understand. there is alot going on in real life for people at this time of year as well, so therefore I am cancelling the tournament, and will re-schedule a new one for early next year.
This will give us time to properly re-spec to the new system as well and make for a fairer competition. I will be awarding 1 item to each finalist from the rewards tabs, please contact me for your prize.
3. Recruiting
Activity in the fleet is at a low, I’m positive this will pick up when the f2p goes live. Many inactive members will return and we we’ll have the opportunity to recruit new members from those coming into the game as those players cannot form fleets and will be looking to join.
When the F2P starts we’in need of a fleet, please ask for an invite.
4. Fleet Commander Positions
Our rules stipulate that at the beginning of each season update there will be Fleet Commander elections. However since all of our active VA’s are currently fleet commanders this seems to be unneccessary at this time. Therefore I will keep all the positions as they are until the next update. If any member has an issue with this decision please let me know, it will be kept in confidence.
5. Guild Alliance/Forum Sign-up

I’m hoping to have all of our Guild websites ready and updated before the TOR launch later this month. I will also be re-vamping the rules for each fleet/Guild and coming up with new rules for the upcoming guilds with the respective leaders.
6. SW:TOR
The time has elapsed for registering our guilds for the game launch so we will endeavour to create the guilds as soon as we are in-game. If you are planning to join our guild/s do not create your character until we have established which server we will be playing on. Please start some discussion on the forums about this as there is only 15 days theoretically until early-game access for pre-orders starts and the game begins.

Hi All,
Fleet Bank
For those of you who make use of the fleet bank you will have noticed a few changes over the past month. I just wanted to send out a quick explaination of how it is now set up and how it is supposed to work.
Please be aware that the KDF-Side bank is set up in exactly the same way and is just as well stocked, so ask for an invite 😉
There are a few changes to note;
1. The main fleet bank slots only contain items RARE (Blue) and above (Purple). Also we only keep items MK IV, VI, VIII as they are the highest MK for each of the lower ranks. All items with MK in between or that are not RARE or Very Rare are sold and the credits re-deposited into the bank.
2. The space and ground items for MK IV VI VIII and MK X XI have been combined into a single tab each. This is because there was very little use of these tabs and I have made room for other items.
3. The two Fleet Rewards tabs have been combined into a single tab. Excess items have been moved to the KDF bank.
4. Crafting Resources tab.
The crafting resources tab has been non-accessible over the past few weeks as I was saving mats for the fleet rewards. We are all still getting used to the new crafting costs and I wanted to stock the fleet rewards tab asap. Costs for purchasing rewards items have at least doubled and I am not able to re-stock items as easily as before Season 5 as much of the cost came out of my personal credits.
Now there are two tabs, the Bank Crafting tab will still be restricted, however the General Crafting tab is available to everyone. The overflow of one tab will feed into the other etc.
Also you may have noticed that I have provided a starting amount of unreplicateable materials, if you have spare dilithium at any stage and want to donate unreplicateable materials please do.
1. Droff Offs (Unlimited Deposit – No Withdrawal)
-You can drop off credits or ANY items (except food) into this tab. As stated above non RARE or V-RARE items and items of lower MK will be sold for credits. Please note you can drop off Crafting Resources (Traces, Schematics, Data etc) and Doff Supplies (Commodities, Tribbles, Prototype Plans, Doff Packs) straight into those tabs.
2. Fleet Rewards (No Deposit – Withdrawal Fleet Admiral and XO)
-This tab contains rewards that are given away for Fleet Competitions. All of these rewards are V-Rare items and may also contain novelty items such as Party Popper’s etc. These tabs are limited to withdrawal only by the Fleet Admiral and the Executive Officer.
3. Fleet Admiral’s Reserve (No Deposit – Withdrawal Fleet Admiral)
-This is a special Tab set up during Q’s Wonderland event to house specialty items for the fleet intended to be given away as commendations, rewards or to be re-sold for fleet credits.
4. MK IV VI VIII Space and Ground (No Deposit – 2 Withdrawals Daily)
5. MK X XI Space and Ground (No Deposit – 2 Withdrawals Daily)-These two tabs contain rank-specific space and ground items. These are checked and re-stocked daily and will vary. All these items are RARE or above.
6. DOFF Mission Supply (Unlimited Deposit – 10 Withdrawal Daily)
-This tab contains Commodities, Tribbles, Schematics and Duty Officer Packs intended to help those who are starting out with the DOFF system and those who need commodities for recurring missions.
If you make use of this tab, when you achieve a full roster and begin to have spare DOFF packs, schematics or commodity rewards please restock this tab.
7. Crafting Resources (Unlimited Deposit – 5 Withdrawals Daily)
-This tab contains Particle Traces, Schematics, Data Samples and Unreplicateable Materials.
8. Bank Crafting Resources (Unlimited Deposit – Withdrawal Fleet Admiral and XO)

I have been unexpectedly away for the last few days, thanks to all the command officers for keeping things going 🙂
1. Recruiting
From now into the near future I would like the fleet as a whole to start actively recruiting whenever you get a chance. For right now this will be our top priority.
If you recruit someone please mail me the username of the new recruit so I can keep track of new members – Officers please make a note in the ‘Officers Comments’. This information is used for timing fleet promotions etc.

**Fleet Command**
For those that may not be aware we are currently in the middle of a shake-up of the fleet command.There have been fleet mails about this and you can catch up on those by signing up to our forums.

**A few of the more important points to be aware of are these**
1. Londi_Revan has been promoted to Fleet Admiral in equal command as myself.
2. LawMarshall has been promoted to First Officer and will be in command of the fleet when Londi or Myself are not around. Any decisions that Law makes in our absence will be upheld.
3. All Officers below first officer will be demoted on the 21th of April. On the 22nd all of the continuing and/or new officers will be promoted.
All of the current Officers have had the opportunity to comment on the forums and to contact me about their positions, unfortunately only about half have done so and as a result I will only be re-appointing those people who have done so.
Any person that is demoted will still be ranked as a full member at the highest non-officer rank.
**We are also instating a new Officer Rule Restriction, being that anyone who is an Officer in another fleet may not serve as an officer in IDIC. This is to avoid conflicts of interest and cross purposes.**
If you have a fleet on one of your toons for banking reasons and are a fleet of 1 (one), then this rule does not apply to that.
I will be sending out another mail in the next few days informing you all of the new officer appointments and positions. If any ‘Officer First Class’ members would like to apply to become an officer please contact me asap.

We have some celebration events coming up in June and a full schedule will be posted early next week.
1. ****FLEET RAFFLE****
CatStar & Luna have kindly donated a Ferengi Marauder Ship to the fleet for a raffle. This is an extremely rare and expensive prize so please join in if you can.
All members may buy tickets. Heres how;
first donate 500k to the bank per ticket, then mail myself or Londi your name/donated amount/and numbers (you get to pick 1 number per ticket) the numbers will be between 1-100.
We will post your numbers on the forums viewtopic.php?f=16&t=152
If you have chosen a number that has already been chosen we will ask you to choose again.
The drawing will be durring the finale of our anniversary events, choosen number will be done openly using Emote roll dice (d100), we will roll until someones number comes up. The winner will then be able to claim their prize.
Those unable to attend or stay for the finnally will have thier prize mail to them. Good luck everyone.

2. D’Kora Raffle Ticket Give-Away
a) @CatStar (Cat) is running an event from **NOW** until the 1st of July where any member can win a ticket for the D’Kora Raffle.
You can contact Cat at any time he is online to participate.
b) @Ishakar (Kara) and myself (-Plas) will also be giving away tickets for the raffle so keep an eye out 😉
3. Dress Uniform Contest
@Ishakar (Kara) is running a Dress Uniform Contest from **NOW** until the 20th of June. Please check the schedule for more information.
When enries close on the 20th, the entire fleet will have a chance to vote on their favorite design on our website/forums. The winning design will be worn during the **Fleet Awards Cerremony Event** on the 7th of July.
