Custom Forum Ranks & New Icons

I am in the process of making new custom forum ranks.

Note:
For GA Comittee members only your Founder, Leader status will be listed in the text area, however your icons will reflect all your positions.
For non-GA Comittee members your full positions will be listed in the text area.

This has been done to streamline the ranks area a bit.
