Cryptic password any information?

I havn’t received any confirmation email from cryptic in regards to resetting my password.

I am a little concerned as to what is going on, any updates or information would be most helpful? I will check the STO forums ..

Many of us have not been able to get into our accounts, hoping the worst has not come and that our characters have been erased.

I’ve been looking today but there doesn’t seem to be any more information. Is the problem that your email addresses are not being accepted as valid?

Alanna has fixed her issue, but CatStar is still having problems. Yes I think that his email is not coming up valid.

Everythings fixed, my email was bouncing because they never updated my email when i switched it before, thx cryptic =>.>=
