APR 19th, 20125 – (AUS) SWTOR: IJO – FP Runs – Mission report

I’ll try to recall after our tradition in writing a small mission report after each missions we do together. It’s been a good way of acknowledge the people attending and to commend those that performed admirably.
As scheduled, we’ve met on the fleet a few minutes before the scheduled start time, to set which FP’s we’ll be approaching and to check on the attendees.

The team was made by the following masters:

1. Master Bastillaa Revan – tank
2. Master Armada Zpm – healer
3. Master IJO-Plasma Pantokrator – dps
4. Master Amy’doll Atreides – dps

After a short check of our equipment we decided to start with a Tactical Flashpoint, to continue then with a Level 55 Flashpoint run in Hard Mode and then, based on our performance in the first 2 missions to try to do a level 60 Flashpoint, also in Hard Mode. For all of those missions, we would use Group Finder to maximize the results and to randomize the actual missions that we would perform.

We started with the Tactical Flashpoint “Depths of Manaan”. The mission ran smoothly, and except for a few accidental injuries, quickly treated by our healer, we all quickly reached its end.

As we finished the first mission, we returned to the fleet for repairs and for upgrading our gear where that was possible. After that we moved to the Hammer Station in order to liberate it from Advozse Hegemony which tried to use it for conquering unaligned world, posing a threat to both Empire and Republic. The mission was extremely successful, all team members surviving it with minor injuries only.

As both previous missions were a sound success, we’ve decided to proceed with the last mission which would be a level 60 Flashpoint in Hard Mode.

The Group Finder placed us over the Rakata planet to perform the “Legacy of Rakata” mission. This mission was also a success, we even managed to do the Bonus boss from it without a single wipe.

In the end, I want to commend all the team members for their effort and their skill and to issue a special commendation to our healer, Master Armada, for her incredible skill.
