Our latest Featured Episode “Butterfly Effect” is now live with our favorite Ferengi, Nog!
Each week we’ll be rolling out additional rewards for the Featured Episode “Butterfly.” Last week’s rewards were the Temporal Phase Overcharged Warp and Singularity Cores.This week’s rewards are the Antichroniton Infused Tetryon Turret and Omni-directional Beam Array. In addition, the first completion of “Butterfly Effect” on an account this week will grant a Featured Episode Weekly Reward box. The weekly reward box gives your choice of an Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade or a Captain Specialization Point, which gives the character who opens the box a Specialization Point. The weekly reward box, tech upgrade, and specialization point box are all Bound to Account, and may be freely traded between your characters. The Specialization Point box requires the opening character to be level 50 or above.
The Antichroniton Infused Tetryon weapons charge targets with antichroniton radiation, causing them to rapidly phase in and out of the current timeline. The phasing has a chance to cause severe damage as vital ship components blink in and out of existence. Herald ships are especially susceptible to this effect, taking additional damage which bypasses their normal resistance to energy damage. Each weapon has a 360-degree firing arc, and can use all appropriate firing modes. The Omni-Directional Antichroniton Infused Tetryon Beam Array cannot be equipped at the same time as the Ancient Omni-Directional Beam Array.
