Recruitment Administration

All guild members who recruit a new member/or an alternate from a current member MUST create a note in the in-game ‘Officers Note’ section of the clan roster. This should include:

• The KNOWN character name of a current member IF you are recruiting a current members alternate character

• The date of recruitment

• YOUR KNOWN as character name

Customized banners are used for both the Guild Alliance website as well as our Facebook teaming group.

Officers can request a custom banner by emailing admin@guildalliance.org . Please note that the officer must provide images of the desired character to feature on the banner and at a size of no less than 1920×1080 at 72dpi.
